Personal Training and Bootcamps at Bodies2Envy have been an extremely positive experience, and have helped me to reach several fitness and wellness goals.
At 45 years of age, I decided to set the personal goal of losing 50 lbs by the time I was 50 years old. I also dreamed of being able to do even one chin-up.
Dwight Nelson of Bodies2Envy introduced me to a world of personal training and nutritional techniques that involved a customized combination of heavy weights, cardio, bag work, and adding protein to my diet.
I was able to lose the weight, gain valuable muscle and mobility, rehab my back muscles, manage stress, and complete multiple sets of chin-ups! All of these things contributed to a greater level of fitness, wellness, and quality of life.
Turning 50 at a much higher fitness level and a much lower weight has been easy to take. I look forward to 60!
